This page explains what the request form on this site collects, why, and how long we keep it. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law applies.
When you submit the “Start your event” form we receive: name, organisation, work email, mobile number, event type, city, expected date, expected attendance, your description, and a budget range if you choose to give one. This site runs no advertising trackers.
One purpose only: to reply to your request and prepare a first take on the event. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with marketers.
Requests are stored in Microsoft Azure in an account dedicated to Happen. We keep a request for twelve months after the last contact, then delete it unless it became a contract.
You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days.
When we run an event for a client we process their guest list as a PROCESSOR on their behalf, under a separate data-processing agreement that sets the purpose and the retention period. That data is not covered by this page.
